How Our Quotation Process Works
Every quotation from Frosten Energy Solutions is prepared by our own engineers, not a call-centre agent reading from a script. Once you submit the form above, here is what happens next.
1. Initial review (same working day)
A member of our technical team reviews your request and, where useful, calls or WhatsApps you to confirm the basics: the space you're cooling or refrigerating, approximate size, and any constraints such as available power supply or installation access.
2. Site assessment (where needed)
For larger commercial or industrial projects — cold rooms, VRF systems, chillers, or multi-unit installations — we typically carry out a short site visit in Nairobi and surrounding areas before finalising numbers. This lets us size equipment correctly instead of over- or under-specifying it, which is one of the most common causes of high running costs on HVAC and refrigeration projects.
3. Written quotation
You'll receive a written quotation covering equipment, brand options, installation, and any recommended maintenance plan. We supply and install brands including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Carrier, Trane, Hitachi, LG, Samsung, Gree, Midea, Hoshizaki and BryAir, so where more than one brand fits your budget and application we'll usually give you a choice.

How long does a quotation take?
Most straightforward requests — a single split unit, a commercial fridge, a small cold room — are quoted within one business day. Larger commercial or industrial projects that require a site visit typically take 2–4 business days.
Is the quotation free, and am I obligated to proceed?
Yes, quotations are free and come with no obligation. There's no charge for the initial consultation or written quote.
Do you handle both supply and installation?
Yes. Frosten Energy Solutions delivers projects end-to-end — design, equipment supply, installation and after-sales maintenance — using our own in-house technicians rather than subcontractors.
Do you work outside Nairobi?
Yes, we serve clients across Kenya. Mention your location in the project details field so we can factor in site logistics when preparing your quotation.
